Winchester Youth Counselling (WYC) provides open ended counselling and other clinical therapies to young people ages 11-25.
It helps young people with a broad spectrum of issues including anxiety and depression, suicidal thoughts and self-harm, school refusal, bereavement and more.
Hendy Foundation helped support the nature therapy programme which involves young people joining in a range of outdoor activities, group tasks and challenges to help them with coping techniques and develop a positive relationship with the outside.
